Return & Refund Policy

At ProVac™, we strive to provide you with quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective item

You received the wrong product

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Products without original packaging and accessories

Any item returned after 7 days from delivery
Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear images or videos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once your return is approved, you will need to send the product back to us. Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be asked to provide bank account details for the refund.
Replacements
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days after approval:
